- Introduction
- I am a research biochemist, and I love my job. Some of my interests other than biochemistry include economics, politics, nature, religion, neuroscience, astrophysics (really anything physics or math related), history, and human behavior.
- What are your thoughts on Affirmative Action and it's role in healing race relations?

I don't think it's healing race relations whatsoever, just making it worse. Regardless of race or socioeconomic status, the more productive and qualified people deserve the reward.
- How would you describe your spiritual views?

I am not fond of organized religion, and I think it has caused many of the problems we face today. As far as spiritual views are concerned, I'm still learning.
- At what point are the rights of the individual usurped by the rights of a group of people?

How unintelligent and/or narrow-minded are the group of people?
- When is war justified? What is worth fighting for?

War is only justified to stop atrocities, not for power, personal interest, obtaining resources, or expanding boundaries. Also, countries should not be allowed to have bases set up in other countries unless that country truly wants them there.
- How serious is global warming and what should we be doing about it?

Whether or not we are causing this mess, we need to develop alternative fuel and take advantage of renewable energy sources. We also need to stop killing off animals, and we need to set up global human population control before the environment does.
